Pulse pressure injection molding equipment passed the certification

The project of "Pulsatile Pressure Induced Injection Molding Equipment for Plastic Products" jointly developed and produced by Guangzhou Bochuang Machinery Co., Ltd. and the National Engineering Research Center of New Polymer Molding Equipment of South China University of Technology has recently passed the provincial appraisal.
This project is one of the scientific and technological achievements of Bochuang and Huagong in the 2003 Guangdong Provincial Major Equipment Technology Innovation Project - "High-speed and High-efficiency Integrated Precision Injection Molding Equipment" project. With the support, Borch combined the rigorous theoretical research and main technical performance research results of South China University of Technology with its own production system and customer needs, and achieved a series of commitments in the bidding process of the injection molding machine industry.
The appraisal committee listened to the product trial production reports of South China University of Technology and Guangzhou Bochuang Machinery Co., Ltd., and carefully reviewed the technical documents provided by the appraisal and the National Plastic Machinery Product Inspection Report Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. A BT80V prototype of the system has been configured for operation in the field. After careful discussion and discussion, it is believed that the performance parameters of the product meet the requirements of the scheme and related standards, and have been well reflected by users.
